3. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within the timeframe stated on the product page. However, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other unforeseen factors.
Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on your location.
4. Returns & Refunds
You may return your NeuroRun device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is in its original condition.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@neurorun.com.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Warranty
NeuroRun smartwatches come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or wear and tear.
6. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, videos, product designs, and software — is the intellectual property of NeuroRun™ and may not be reproduced without permission.
