Order Terms, Returns & Warranty

These terms apply to all orders placed on https://neurorun.com. By purchasing a product from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.


📦 Orders & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping times vary by location, typically ranging from 3–7 business days within the EU and 7–14 days internationally.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

  • If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you immediately and offer an alternative or refund.

Shipping Partners: We work with reliable couriers like PostNL, DHL, UPS, and others depending on your region.
Shipping Costs: These are calculated at checkout. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping (see banner or checkout page for current promotion).


🔄 Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your NeuroRun smartwatch. If you’re not, you can return it within:

🕒 30 Days Return Window

You can return your product within 30 days of receiving it, provided:

  • The product is in unused, original condition

  • All packaging, accessories, and manuals are included

  • You provide a valid proof of purchase

To start a return, email support@neurorun.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the return process.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you and issue a refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a product defect.


🛡️ Warranty (Garantie)

Your NeuroRun smartwatch is protected by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Functionality issues not caused by user damage

Not Covered:

  • Physical damage (e.g. cracks, impact, water damage outside specs)

  • Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, faded color, etc.)

  • Improper use or unauthorized modifications

  • Battery degradation due to normal use

📬 To Make a Warranty Claim:

Email support@neurorun.com with the following:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

If approved, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, depending on the situation.
